Scott Johnson

President and CEO

Scott Johnson co-founded AZPIRED Philippines in 2009 opening in a small office in Cebu I.T. Park. By November of 2010 AZPIRED had outgrown their first small office. The decision was made to expand and in 7 years AZPIRED has grown from the original team of seven agents to more than 1200 employees and 100,000 square feet and 8 floors in three locations in the Philippines.

Scott has more than thirty years of experience working as an entrepreneur building and operating businesses in the financial service sector and now in the call center service business. In addition, Azpired ventured into construction (AZPIRED Construction) that builds and develops its own contact center facilities and travel agency (AZPIRED Travel).

Almira Absin

Chief Operating Officer

Almira Absin is a co-founder of AZPIRED. Her realm of expertise is training and workforce. She has been managing for at least a decade. She has transformed Language Schools and Institutes’ number of students to hundreds in just a short period of time thereby increasing the academes’ revenue.

Her accomplishments challenged her to transition from university setting to the corporate world in 2007. Almira is a very result oriented leader. She believes that SUCCESS is a combination of perspiration and inspiration thru strict discipline with emphasis on company’s mission and vision.

Raj Sardhara

IT Manager

As Information Technology Manager of AZPIRED Inc., Raj Sardhara is responsible for the development, deployment and management of the technology backend, Systems integration and data networks supporting the company’s core Infrastructure, Including management of the IT team.

Raj draws from over 9 years of experience in Consulting, System development, NOC and Data center Operations. This includes extensive exposure to management and operations of contact centers, Data centers and internet service operations for both corporate and consumer accounts.
